Ingredients
Beef – 500 g
Onions chopped in cube shape – 3 medium
Tomatoes chopped – 1
Green chillies – 2
Celery chopped – 1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped – 1/2 cup
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce – 2 teaspoon
Oil – 3 tablespoon
Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as needed
Method of preparation
Wash, clean and cut the beef into small cubes
Pressure cook the beef by adding enough salt, vinegar and water
Remove with a little gravy
Saute the cooked meat, celery onions, green chillies and tomato in oil
Add 1 cup of water, cooked beef stock and let it simmer till the onions are cooked completely
Mix the corn flour and soya sauce in half cup of water and stir into the meat
When the gravy becomes thick, switch off the flame
Serve hot with rice, chapatis, naan, etc.
