Biscuit treat refers to a delicious and indulgent snack or dessert made primarily with biscuits or cookies. It is a simple and versatile treat that can be enjoyed in various forms and flavors.


In this recipe, white sauce is prepared using all purpose flour and milk. This creamy sauce is then mixed with the sautéed vegetables and then they are layered over the salted biscuits using a spoon. Be careful while preparing the white sauce. Heat should be low, or else lumps will be formed in the creamy sauce. You can choose vegetables of your choice, You can also add chicken or meat to it as per your taste bud needs.

Ingredients


For fillings :

  1. Cabbage- 2 tablespoon

  2. Carrot – 2 tablespoon

  3. Capsicum- 1 tablespoon

  4. Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon

  5. Salt – as required

  6. Pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon

  7. Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon


For White sauce :

  1. Butter- 2 teaspoon

  2. All purpose flour- 2 teaspoon

  3. Milk – half cup

  4. Cheese – 2 teaspoon

Any salt biscuit- 8


Method of preparation

  1. Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon of oil

  2. Add the vegetables one by one

  3. Add salt, pepper and soya sauce

  4. Sauté it and cook

  5. Take another pan and add 2 teaspoon of butter

  6. Add 2 teaspoon of All purpose flour to it

  7. Sauté well till it reaches golden brown

  8. Add milk and cheese to it

  9. Sauté till the mix becomes a creamy sauce

  10. Now add the cooked vegetables to prepared white sauce

  11. With the help of a spoon, arrange the mix over the biscuits

  12. Our tasty Biscuit Treat is ready

  13. You can enjoy with Tomato sauce along with your evening tea.
