Ingredients :

  1. Ripe tomato -3 nos
  2. Maida -15 grams
  3. Ghee- 15 grams
  4. Salt- 1/2 tablespoon
  5. White pepper powder- 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Sugar -1/4 tablespoon
  7. Fresh milk cream- 1/2 cup
  8. Dry ginger powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Water – 300 ml

Ingredients :

  1. Shrimp, cleaned and deveined – 250 g
  2. Butter – 3 tablespoon
  3. Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
  4. Finely chopped onions – 1
  5. Chopped garlic pods – 6
  6. Milk – 1 ½ cup
  7. All purpose flour – 2 teaspoon
  8. Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
  9. Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Salt – as needed

Method of preparation :

  1. Cut tomatoes into large pieces and cook it in a pressure cooker till it becomes tender.
  2. Take out from the pressure cooker and once it is cool down put it into the mixer grinder and make it into a paste.
  3. Now in a pan heat the ghee and add maida and try it till it is golden brown.
  4. Add the cooked tomato paste into it the pan.
  5. Add salt, white pepper powder, sugar and dry ginger powder into the soup and stir well.
  6. Keep the flame in simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Tomato soup is ready. We can add fresh cream into it for decoration and serve.
