  • Bread Slices – 6
  • Eggs – 3
  • Onion, finely chopped – 1 medium-sized
  • Tomato, chopped – 1
  • Capsicum, finely chopped – 2 tablespoons
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped (for garnish) – 1 tablespoon

Method of Preparation:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and toast the bread cubes till golden and crisp.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk, and keep them aside.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and add onions. Sauté them until they turn golden brown.
