Biscuit Treat

Ingredients :

For fillings :

  • Cabbage- 2 tbsp
  • Carrot – 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tspn
  • Salt – as required
  • Pepper powder- 1/2 tspn
  • Soya sauce – 1 tspn

For White sauce :

  • Butter- 2 tspn
  • All purpose flour- 2 tspn
  • Milk – half cup
  • Chesse – 2 tspn

Any salt biscuit- 8

Preparation:

  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil
  • Add the vegetables one by one
  • Add salt,pepper and soya sauce
  • Saute it and cook
  • Take another pan and add 2 tspn of butter
  • Add 2 tspn of All purpose flour to it
  • Saute well till it reaches golden brown
  • Add milk and cheese to it
  • Saute till the mix becomes a creamy sauce
  • Now add the cooked vegetables to prepared white sauce
  • With the help of a spoon,arrange the mix over the biscuits
  • Our tasty Biscuit Treat is ready
  • You can enjoy with Tomato sauce along with your evening tea.

Stuffed Bread

Stuffed Bread

Ingredients :

  • Bread slices – 4
  • Egg -1
  • Onion – 1 small
  • Tomato – 1 small
  • Capsicum – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves- 1 tspn
  • Grated cheese- 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Pepper – half tspn
  • Ghee – to toast bread

Preparation :

  • Chop onion,tomato,capsicum and coriander leaves
  • Cut out the middle square portion of all the bread slices and keep it aside
  • Take a bowl and add 1 egg
  • Beat the egg properly with a sppon or beater
  • Now add the chopped vegetables, salt and pepper powder to it
  • Take a pan and add 1 tspn of ghee
  • Place the bread over pan
  • Add the egg mix in the centre of bread
  • Add the grated cheese over the egg mix
  • Then,replace the cut portion of the bread
  • After 40 sec,turn the bread upside down

  • Wait for 30 seconds and our Stuffed Bread is ready to serve.

Grandma’s Easy Pork Roast

Grandma’s Easy Pork Roast

Ingredients:

For marinating Pork :

  • Pork – 1 kg
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tspn
  • Pepper powder- 1 tspn
  • Salt- 1 tspn
  • Vinegar- 2 tbsp

For making masala :

  • Onion -4
  • Shallot – 15
  • Garlic – 6 pods
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Pepper powder- 1/2 tspn
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tspn
  • Garam masala – 1 tspn
  • Oil – 3 tablespoon (Use coconut oil for good taste)
  • Curry leaves – a few
  • Salt – to taste

Preparation:

  • Wash the pork properly and add 1 tspn each of turmeric and pepper powder
  • Mix it properly and marinate it for half hour
  • Then Pressure cook the pork
  • Chop onions,shallots,garlic and green chilli
  • Take a pan/kadai and add oil
  • Add chopped garlic,green chilli,onions and shallot one by one
  • Saute it till it reaches golden brown colour
  • Add turmeric powder, pepper powder,salt and garam masala to it
  • Saute it properly
  • Then add cooked pork to the pan/kadai and mix it properly
  • Add curry leaves and fry well
  • Add salt and pepper as per your taste

Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients :

  • Basmati Rice – 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves – 1.5 tbsp
  • Water – 1.5 cups
  • Onion – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 tsp
  • Capsicum- 2 tbsp
  • Carrot – 3 tbsp
  • Cabbage – 3 tbsp
  • Beans – 3 tbsp
  • Oil – 3.5 tbsp(1.5 for rice and 2 for vegetables)
  • Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Salt – as required

Preparation:

  • Wash the rice properly and soak for 20 minutes
  • Drain the the rice and fry it for 2 minutes using 1.5 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker
  • Add 1.5 cups of water ,salt and little coriander leaves to it
  • Now close the lid of pressure cooker and allow the rice to boil till it reaches 1 steam
  • Chop all the vegetables into small pieces
  • Take a big kadai /pan and add 2 tbsp of oil to it
  • Add Garlic and saute well
  • Then add onion and Capsicum,saute well
  • Now add other vegetables (cabbage, carrots and beans)
  • Saute well and then add salt, pepper powder and Soya sauce
  • Add the boiled rice and cook for 5 minutes after stirring it properly
  • Our easy Vegetable Fried Rice is ready now
  • You can include your favourite side dishes alongwith it.

Healthy Carrot Juice

Ingredients:

1.Carrot – 2

2.Orange – 1

3.Sugar/Honey (optional)

4.Water – 1 cup

Preparation:

1.Peal off the skin of carrot and orange

2.Remove the seeds from orange and blend the orange in a mixer to form a pulp

3.To this pulp,add the carrot which is cut in small square pieces

4.Add 1 cup of water to the mixer

5.Add 1 teaspoon of sugar/honey for taste if needed

6.Blend the mixture properly

7.Strain the Juice with the help of a Strainer

8.Our Healthy Carrot Juice is ready

9.You can serve it with ice cube.
