  1. Prawns – 500 g

  2. Onion – 3 medium

  3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

  4. Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tablespoon

  5. Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon

  6. Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  7. Tomato sauce- 1 teaspoon

  8. Salt – as per required

  9. Curry leaves


Method of preparation

  1. Wash and clean the prawns properly

  2. Marinate the prawns by mixing well with the above ingredients other than onion

  3. Let it rest of 20 minutes

  4. Take a kadai, add oil and shallow fry the prawns

  5. Add onion to it

  6. Roast the prawns along with onion

  7. Garnish it with curry leaves and serve hot.
