  • Boiling Hot Water – 1.5 cups
  • Grated Coconut – 0.5 cup
  • Ghee – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

  1. Boil water in a saucepan and add salt.
  2. Take rice flour in a bowl.
  3. Add the boiling water gradually to the flour while mixing well.
  4. Add grated coconut and ghee to the mixture.
  5. Knead well to form a smooth dough.
  6. Make small balls using this dough.
  7. Steam the balls for 15 minutes using a steamer.
  8. Your easy rice flour dumplings are ready to serve!
