Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Beaten curd – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Shallots – 2
  • Ginger – 1 small piece
  • Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation :

  • Crush green chilli, shallots and ginger
  • Add the crushed ingredients to the beaten curd
  • Now add curry leaves, water and required salt to it
  • Mix well everything and serve.
