Ingredients :

    n

  1. Ripe tomato -3 nos

  2. n

  3. Maida -15 grams

  4. n

  5. Ghee- 15 grams

  6. n

  7. Salt- 1/2 tablespoon

  8. n

  9. White pepper powder- 1/2 tablespoon

  10. n

  11. Sugar -1/4 tablespoon

  12. n

  13. Fresh milk cream- 1/2 cup

  14. n

  15. Dry ginger powder- 1/4 teaspoon

  16. n

  17. Water – 300 ml

  18. n

Ingredients :

  1. Shrimp, cleaned and deveined – 250 g

  2. n

  3. Butter – 3 tablespoon

  4. n

  5. Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon

  6. n

  7. Finely chopped onions – 1

  8. n

  9. Chopped garlic pods – 6

  10. n

  11. Milk – 1 ½ cup

  12. n

  13. All purpose flour – 2 teaspoon

  14. n

  15. Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon

  16. n

  17. Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  18. n

  19. Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon

  20. n

  21. Salt – as needed

Method of preparation :

    n

  1. Cut tomatoes into large pieces and cook it in a pressure cooker till it becomes tender.

  2. n

  3. Take out from the pressure cooker and once it is cool down put it into the mixer grinder and make it into a paste.

  4. n

  5. Now in a pan heat the ghee and add maida and try it till it is golden brown.

  6. n

  7. Add the cooked tomato paste into it the pan.

  8. n

  9. Add salt, white pepper powder, sugar and dry ginger powder into the soup and stir well.

  10. n

  11. Keep the flame in simmer for 2 minutes.

  12. n
