1. Peel off the skin of carrot and orange
2. Remove the seeds from orange and blend the orange in a mixer to form a pulp
3. To this pulp, add the carrot which is cut in small square pieces
4. Add 1 cup of water to the mixer
5. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar/honey for taste if needed.
6. Blend the mixture properly
7. Strain the Juice with the help of a strainer
8. Our Healthy Carrot Juice is ready
9. You can serve it with ice cubes.
This carrot orange juice is a good refresher especially after a gym workout. It is very low in calorie and high in water content that keeps you hydrated.
